It is with great pleasure that I announce the general availability of Workshare Professional 5.2 SR1. Over 400 customers provided direct input into this product release .That feedback has translated into significant performance, reliability and quality enhancements.
As outlined in previous communications, we are focused on improving internal processes to put quality and customer requirements first. We have tripled our quality assurance resources, lengthened our release cycles to allow for sufficient interoperability testing with partner solutions, and created a product roadmap for customers and partners to be able to better plan their future deployments.
The SR1 release is testament to not only the internal changes but to your continued input. Without your ongoing feedback this release could not have happened.
