We announced a new strategic partnership with QUMAS to allow customers to enhance their existing compliance investment by leveraging WorkshareOpen™. The core of the WorkshareOpen platform, Workshare's content analysis engine, has been integrated into the QUMAS DocCompliance™ product to provide a more comprehensive solution.
Integrating the two products provides a more robust document lifecycle management solution that enables you to create, manage and securely store all your content. And through customizable security policies, the system automates and controls the review, approval, distribution and management of documents as well as policy changes.
The product combination enables users to provide complete change control over documents in workflows, with visibility into an audit trail of document activity. This allows reviewers, editors and approvers to be absolutely sure of any changes that are made before it is finally approved.
