Environment
Workshare Professional (all versions), Windows XP & Vista (all versions), MS Office (all versions)
Solution
- Open Workshare, if see the Document Selection window, cancel that window first.
- Press F4 to get to Configuration Manager or Preferences - Workshare Configuration Manager.
- Type your Configuration Manager password (if any)
- Click Administration from the left panel
- From the list of options on the right, look for "Default Save location", once found, highlight or click the option
- You'll see a box below to type your "Default Save Location". Type the location and make sure it is the exact path.
- Click Apply then Ok to confirm the settings
