The Workshare Policy files can be edited to contain any information you wish to warn your users about. The file itself is called 'ContentPolicy.xml', and can be found in the following location:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Workshare\Workshare
The policy XML file contains RegEx expressions which can be learnt about here :-
