Workshare Appoints Scott Smull Chief Financial Officer
CFO with 30 Years of Leadership Joins Workshare's Team
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., June 24, 2009 - Workshare announced Scott Smull has been named chief financial officer. Smull brings 30 years of finance experience to Workshare, including financial leadership, operations, managing mergers and acquisitions, and extensive experience leading software companies through various stages of growth.
Smull has financial experience in both large and small organizations, managing in complex environments, and establishing scalable, cost-effective processes and controls. Smull will oversee company financial operations, direct Workshare's growth and evaluate acquisition targets.

Prior to joining Workshare, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer and COO for PriMetrica Asia, a marketing research and database solutions company located in six Southeast Asian countries. Additionally, Scott's experience includes several CFO positions in software based companies.
