I am pleased to announce Workshare has improved the integration with NetDocuments. Workshare customers will now have a more streamlined experience when leveraging both solutions.
The integration provides customers multiple options to initiate comparisons. Working within Microsoft Word, users can select a comparison document from NetDocuments for redlining, and then save the document directly to NetDocuments. These redlined documents can then be named, profiled, and filed to a matter-centric workspace.
Working within Microsoft Outlook, users have the ability to compare email attachments to a document selected from NetDocuments. Workshare’s document redline summary now contains NetDocuments document ID and version information for the original documents, making it easy to track back to the sources of the document redline.
