Last week Workshare held the first event exclusively for help and support desks in our Customers. Following an introductory presentation with Tikit, our alliance partner in the UK, we took the audience on a tour of the offices showing the people, systems and processes in support, quality assurance, and of course engineering. We finished with the perfect combination of pizza and wine.
The in-depth look at the company received really positive feedback, so much so we plan to hold this event quarterly. Suggestions to improve the event include holding an open session where common issues are discussed, demonstrating products, and showing what's coming soon.
