The Workshare Strategic Advisory Board meeting has concluded but I wanted to take a moment to thank every participant once again for their valuable input.
This month’s meeting was another great opportunity to simply listen to customers. I, as well as Scott Smull and Matthew Brown, were privileged to experience a collaborative discussion that included early adopters who are implementing the latest technology solutions, as well as pragmatists who prefer to adopt technology slowly. A nice mix of perspectives and organizations were represented.
We gained insight not only to how technology is being leveraged within their organizations, but where they see their technology investments moving forward. The Advisory Board consists of top executives in the Legal community who provide valuable guidance and input, not only on Workshare solutions but on the technology they see playing a key role in their organizations in the future. SaaS, virtualization, and reducing the desktop footprint were all topics of conversation and seemed to be top of mind.
These discussions ultimately help us learn how we can improve and server customers better. We are very grateful for everyone’s participation; each member plays a key role in our ongoing effort to expand Workshare’s ability to add business value to our customers.
