Installation error - Workshare Configuration Assistant

When installing Workshare DeltaView 3.0, I am receiving an error when it gets to the Workshare Configuration Assistant section of the installation, which reads: "Cannot load component (c:\program files\workshare\deltaview\WSProductTyoe.dll) to register it." I have tried disabling all AV services...
