Anthony Foy - CEO

Anthony joins as CEO of Workshare after holding the parallel position at SkyDox, where he focused on executing the company's vision for delivering secure, cloud-enabled collaboration to the enterprise. Anthony brings more than 20 years of experience to Workshare and has built profitable technology ventures in Europe, North America, Asia, Latin America, and Australia. 

Prior to joining SkyDox, Anthony was Group Managing Director at Interxion (NYSE: INXN) and was responsible for the development of the company in terms of strategic growth, business development, and executive hires. He was instrumental in driving the company's operational performance and building its revenue to more than $350 million, culminating in an IPO in early 2011. 

Before joining Interxion, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager International with Broadbase Software [now Kana Software (NASDAQ: KANA)], where he built the company's international operations, growing the company from a start-up to an IPO with revenues of more than $100 million. Prior to this, he was Director, International Sales & Business Development with Red Brick Systems [now part of IBM (NYSE:IBM)].

Barrie Hadfield - CTO

Barrie was among the original founders and CTOs of Workshare, where he served as head of the company's research and development division. During his tenure, Workshare gained more than 14,000 enterprise customers in 70 countries. He brings over 20 years of experience conceiving, producing, and selling software. 

Prior to Workshare, Barrie founded SQL Development Ltd, growing it organically and employing 20 people who produced SQL data synchronization software for more than 300 enterprise customers in the United Kingdom and North America. He started his entrepreneurial career by founding Information Management Services Ltd in 1990 as a software developer, building data matching systems for The Council of Europe, BZW, and several London law firms.

Peter Shiner - Group Financial Controller

Before joining Workshare, Peter was Head of Finance at SkyDox where he was responsible for all financial and HR issues and assisting the company from its founding through its growth phase. Peter is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 20 years of international experience in public practice and software/technology companies, from start-ups to NYSE/AIM-LSE-listed companies. He has been responsible for finance, tax, and treasury functions, including work on acquisitions. 

Peter previously worked at IXEurope PLC as European Financial Controller through its listing period on London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) to its acquisition by Equinix Inc. (NYSE: EQUIX), which saw significant returns for investors.

Ali Moinuddin - CMO

Before joining Workshare, Ali served as CMO at SkyDox where he oversaw the company's expansion into North America. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in supporting high growth companies. In his previous positions he has focused on increasing shareholder value by building multinational sales and marketing programs that drive revenue. 

Prior to joining SkyDox, Ali was the Director of Marketing at Interxion (NYSE:INXN), Director of Marketing EMEA for SPL WorldGroup (now a part of Oracle (NYSE:ORCL), and Marketing Manager EMEA and Asia-Pacific at Kana (NASDAQ: KANA).

Laureen Smith - VP, North America/Asia

Laureen brings to Workshare more than 20 years of experience successfully driving and growing enterprise sales and marketing teams across the Software as a Service (SaaS) and traditional desktop sectors. Prior to Workshare, Laureen was at Planitax, where she worked in sales and marketing for the company’s U.S. operations. Laureen was instrumental in increasing sales revenues by over 70 percent, which influenced Planitax’s subsequent acquisition by Thomson Reuters.

Prior to Planitax, Laureen headed the worldwide strategic alliance program for $100M software company ACCPAC. Before ACCPAC, Laureen was at SBT Corporation, where she turned revenues that were 4 years’ flat from negative 18 percent to positive 14 percent in the first year alone. Laureen was instrumental in SBT Corporation’s acquisition by CA in 2000.
