Chris Doell - Chief Executive Officer (Interim)

Chris is an accomplished executive with a track record of building successful companies. For the past 4+ years Chris has led the Workshare services team as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Services. He has developed several multinational customer support, information technology, and hosted service operations for companies such as Doubleclick, Sybase, and Intuit. Chris has 19 years experience in high tech ventures including as the Co-Founder and CEO of sportsTALK.com, which was acquired by ESPN.

Nick Gorman, Vice President of Worldwide Services

Nick brings 20 years of experience working in the Legal and Professional Services Sectors. For the past six years Nick has excelled as part of the Workshare Services team. Prior to Workshare, Nick developed Worldwide Operational Teams as European Head of Service for TMP Worldwide (Monster.Com). He has also hosted many service operations for legal firms such as Nabarro Nathanson, and Clyde and Co. Nick brings a wealth of experience from his background in the National Health Service and is a qualified lawyer. He has a Masters Degree in Computing and Electronic Science from Cambridge University.

Mike Griego, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Mike brings over 25 years of sales expertise to Workshare. He has managed worldwide sales at Active Decisions, was VP Sales at Zona Research, and was a Regional Director at the Gartner Group. Most recently he provided sales training programs to successful companies like Sygate and Postini through his consulting practice MXL Partners. Mike also brings sales experience from various sales management roles at StorageTek and IBM. Mike has an MBA from Stanford and an undergraduate degree from Occidental College.

Barrie Hadfield - Chief Technology Officer

Barrie’s exceptional technical background and innovative vision has firmly placed Workshare as a market leader in its field. Barrie brings extensive programming and software design experience to his daily responsibilities. Barrie continues to use his visionary concepts and extensive product knowledge to keep Workshare at the forefront of document control, security and user experience design.

Charles F. Nielsen | Chief Operating Officer

Charles has over 26 years experience in High Tech and Public Accounting. He has an extensive background in Operations, Supply Chain management, Program planning, Human Resources, Facilities, IT and Finance. Prior to Workshare, Charles was Chief Operating Officer for Ingrian Networks, and has held positions at Nortel Networks, VLSI Technology, Inc., Spectra-Physics Lasers, Inc., Raychem Corporation, Varian Associates and Touche Ross & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and an MBA from California State University Hayward.

Babak Salimi - General Manager, Products

Babak Salimi has more than 18 years of domain expertise in the Enterprise IT, security and network industry. Babak and his team were pioneers of Endpoint Security, On-Demand Security and Network Access Control markets by launching Sygate Endpoint Protection in the summer of 2000, followed by Sygate On-Demand and Network Access Control security solutions. Babak's efforts in the areas of corporate, product and partner strategy led to Sygate's successful acquisition by Symantec. In 2004 Babak led the creation of an open industry standards group known as Trusted Network Connect (a working group of Trusted Computing Group). Initial group participation of 20 vendors quickly grew to over 60+ industry leading vendors such as Avaya, HP, IBM, Intel, iPass, Juniper, and Symantec. Prior to Sygate Babak held various management and development positions with large multi-national organizations including Nortel Networks (NYSE: NT), Bell Northern Research and IBM (NYSE:IBM). Babak holds a Masters degree in Telecommunications Technology Management and a Bachelors in Engineering with honors from McGill University.

Brian Spector | Vice President of Business Development

Brian is a 15-year security veteran with a proven track record of bringing together emerging and existing technologies to meet the fast-paced, dynamic security market. Brian's sales and business development experience spans multiple companies including nCipher, Sana Security, Mobilsys, RSA and McAfee where he has a proven track record for delivering results through strategic business management and effective team building.
