Content Protection Software

Unified Content Protection (UCP) Suite
The UCP Suite includes Workshare Protect Premium, Workshare Protect Network and the Workshare Management System. Together these tools provide the ability to notify end-users to potential security or regulatory violations, empower users to correct problems when appropriate, centrally manage policies across the network, gain visibility into policy violations, and block content where necessary.
Workshare Protect
Workshare Protect provides advanced content analyses and protection of confidential information on laptops and desktops and is seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Office system. Features include hidden data management, instant policy violation alerts, and secure PDF creation and enforcement.
Workshare Protect Premium
Workshare Protect Premium provides all the features of Workshare Protect plus enterprise policy management, USB device protection, encryption services, and integration with 3rd party plug-ins.
Workshare Protect Network
Workshare Protect Network is a network appliance that simplifies the enforcement of content protection for all data moving across an organization’s network with content monitoring, analysis, and remediation. It includes protection for the mobile workforce by monitoring and/or quarantining emails, and reporting content violations for BlackBerry devices.
Workshare Management System
The Workshare Management System provides centralized policy management and enterprise-wide distribution to both Workshare Protect Premium and Workshare Protect Network appliances.
Document Control Software
Workshare’s Document Control software and server-based web services help customers create and collaborate on documents with users in and outside their organization. Workshare customers are able to leverage existing infrastructure investments in Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, document management systems and web portals.
Workshare Professional
Workshare Professional provides document comparison and review, content analysis and classification, policy enforcement, security, and audit capabilities. Organizations can combine Workshare Professional with Content Protection solutions to expand the standard content protection features of Workshare Professional.
Workshare Compare Standard
Workshare Compare Standard is an entry-level document comparison tool that compares and identifies changes in documents.
Workshare Compare Service
Workshare Compare Service is a server solution that can be deployed in corporate intranets or extranets to offer document comparison and audit services.
