WORKSHARE APPOINTS KENNETH RUTSKY EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT Seasoned Marketing, Sales and Management Veteran Joins the Market Leader SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.—June 20, 2005—Workshare, the leading provider of Document Integrity solutions, today named Kenneth Rutsky Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. Rutsky brings nearly 20 years of experience to Workshare, including senior marketing, sales and product management positions at IBM, Netscape, Intel and start-ups Collation and Actional. In his role, Rutsky will lead all worldwide marketing efforts, including corporate, channel, field and product marketing. Rutsky spent five years at Netscape Communications in numerous sales, marketing and development roles, including Director of Netcenter Product Management and Group Manager of both Channel and OEM Marketing. At Netscape he was responsible for over $50 million in annual website revenues, created multi-million dollar partnerships and identified and launched successful offerings to deliver significant new revenue streams. “Ken comes to Workshare with an outstanding track record of building significant brand presence and matching burning customer needs to groundbreaking products,” said Joe Fantuzzi, CEO of Workshare. “Ken’s experience and leadership will leverage Workshare’s tremendous market penetration to explode document integrity solutions to a large and growing customer base.” Prior to Workshare, Rutsky was Vice President of Marketing at Collation, where he was responsible for all marketing strategy and tactics, building Collation’s market presence, launching several new product releases and tripling lead generation results.
