Workshare Protect Named Top Policy Management Product of '05 by SC Magazine Five-Star Rating Beats Adobe LifeCycle Policy Server and Others in Category San Francisco, Calif.- December 22, 2005 - Workshare, the leading provider of document integrity solutions, today announced that its Protect product for document security has been selected as one of the four Top Policy Management Products of the year by SC Magazine. Workshare Protect was the only product among those honored that dealt with content distribution policy. Workshare Protect received five stars, or an "outstanding" rating, in this year's award issue as a product for avoiding embarrassing and costly security breaches. Workshare Protect provides policy controls targeted at all organizations that need to transparently secure the exchange of documents without disrupting user productivity and the flow of business. "Workshare Protect provides simple to manage, user-friendly policies that prevent the leakage of private, financial and intellectual property," said Joe Fantuzzi, CEO and chairman at Workshare.
