Workshare Honored as Partner of the Year for ISV/Software Solutions at 2007 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Program Awards

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.— July 12, 2007— Today, Workshare proudly announced it has won the Partner of the Year Award for ISV/Software Solutions at the 2007 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Program Awards. The company was chosen out of an international field of top Microsoft Partners as delivering market-leading customer solutions built on Microsoft technology. The awards were distributed at a ceremony on July 11 in Denver, CO at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference.

“We are delighted to be singled out by Microsoft from its more than 400,000 partners as the 2007 Microsoft ISV/Software Solutions Partner of the Year,” said Joe Fantuzzi, CEO, Workshare. “We built a strong relationship with Microsoft by tightly integrating our document control and content protection product lines with Microsoft’s innovative applications and platforms. Awards were presented in a number of categories, with winners chosen from a pool of more than 1,800 entrants worldwide. Workshare was recognized for superior technology and innovation in ISV/Software Solutions. The ISV/Software Solutions Partner of the Year Award recognizes the ISV Competency partner that excels at developing and delivering “People Ready” packaged software to customers. The winning software solution will work together with one or more of Microsoft’s latest server based platform and middleware products including SQL Server 2006, Windows Server 2003, BizTalk 2006, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Microsoft Business Solutions (all products and versions) and Exchange Server 2007. The solution will also be built utilizing Microsoft .NET development framework(s) and tools including Visual Studio 2005. A qualified “People Ready” software solution will help customers make better informed decisions and facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners.
