Workshare Grows Annual Sales Bookings 23%; Confirms Technology Spending on the Rise San Francisco, CA, May 24, 2011 - Workshare, a leading provider of document collaboration software, continues to enjoy significant business growth with annual sales bookings rising 23% during the last fiscal year ending in March 2011. New customers in the legal, engineering, finance, human resources, operations, marketing, compliance, and contract management teams are fueling the growing popularity of Workshare's document collaboration solutions. The company is poised to continue growing in 2011 with the addition of two new solutions: the recently added Workshare Point solution which improves document collaboration with Microsoft SharePoint, allowing users to retrieve and file documents and emails to Microsoft SharePoint without leaving the familiar Outlook interface; and, the new Workshare solution for PDF management that costs up to 80% less than competing solutions. Workshare is excited to showcase the latest product solutions at this month's user groups in Washington, DC, New York, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles and London. These user group meetings will provide customers with the opportunity to network with company product managers and learn the latest news about new products and gain tips and tricks from Workshare experts. Over the last few months Workshare has met the new, more rigorous Microsoft Partner Program requirements and once again been awarded Microsoft Certified Gold ISV Partner status. The Gold ISV certification indicates that Workshare is considered an elite Microsoft partner which leverages the best-in-class technology.
