Workshare Network Protect ASP Edition is the security industrys first network-level outbound content compliance solution for Application Service Providers.

Tailored to the hosting service environment, the ASP Edition enables ASPs to offer high-value services to their customers to prevent privacy breaches, intellectual property leakage and inadvertent financial disclosure. ASP Edition enables you to offer services that convert risky content to safe information, contain sensitive information within established perimeters and control the flow of confidential content over electronic channels.

Enforces content security policies at the network level
Alerts on content inspection results for over 200 file formats
Integrates into ASPs workflow, to enable greater policy breadth and action based upon content inspection parameters
Provides granular policy control to the end user administrator for blanket policies or individual policies based upon sender or recipient identity and content inspection analysis
Provides enterprise level centralized management and reporting
Provides always-on risk alerts to policy violations

Workshare Protect ASP Edition consists of a Policy Engine and Policy Manager Server components, and the Policy Designer and Reporting Client, a downloadable .Net smart client that enables enterprise administrators to design their own individual content security policies.

Workshare’s server technology components are multi-tenant, so ASPs can offer individualized policies and actions for specific customers, including policies which can trigger the need for additional services based on content inspection parameters, like email encryption.
