Software Support Subscriptions

Platinum Support
Platinum support provides the highest level of support available and includes a dedicated Technical Account Manager and 24x7x365 emergency support.

Gold Support
Gold support is selected by most clients and includes support during local 8x5 business hours. Gold support includes software upgrades and technical assistance.

Installation-only Support
Installation-only phone support is available to clients without a Gold support plan for 30 days from the date of purchase. Clients wishing to receive all the benefits of Gold support may purchase a Gold Support contract to accompany their software purchase.

Deployment Services

Deployment Services are provided via authorized partners for most Workshare customers. Platinum support customers, however, may elect to receive deployment services via their Technical Account Manager (TAM) or via a Workshare authorized partner.

Training Services

Training Services are available in a variety of formats ranging from remote or onsite training delivery to custom curriculum development. Customizable training programs are available from one of the many Workshare authorized training partners.

Customization and Integration Services

Customization and Integration Services are not generally necessary to utilize Workshare technology in most environments. However, there are occasional customer requests for help with large, complex environments, unique document workflow, or integrations with legacy document management systems. If a customized environment is right for your organization, an authorized Integrator Partner will work with you to scope your project and take advantage of Workshare's Connect API for extensibility and customization.
