The Workshare Protect RMS add-on provides encryption of Microsoft Office documents using Microsoft Windows Rights Management technology. The Workshare Protect RMS installation adds an Information Rights Management action to Workshare Protect, allowing users to assign printing, copying, editing, and automated access permissions, in addition to expiration information, to Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel files as they are emailed. Thus, the Workshare Protect RMS add-on effectively enables users to protect content in Microsoft Office files.

RPost® has enabled users of Workshare Protect to receive verifiable proof of: sending and receiving; content (including attachments); and the atomic clock time stamps. RPost® Registered E-mail® service is the only simple, cost effective way to provide e-mailers the same verifiable protections associated with
