How it works

The solution directly runs in the CORISECIO security RunTime software in SAP. Content is analysed both if it is accessed through a portal or directly through the GUI. When the SAP portal is used, the HTTP traffic is filtered in the data stream, before it is shared remotely. If the information is accessed via the SAP GUI, the Workshare solution automatically scans applications and documents which are presented through the user interface.

Depending on the enterprise security policy, the solution initiates the appropriate action, ranging from user notification of potential danger or even automatically blocking information. Each organization is able to define and dynamically change its security policy and how documents are accessed through SAP.
