Workshare Professional 5.2 and Protect 6.1
Email attachments cannot be viewed in certain email systems (e.g Yahoo Classic, some webmail applications) We are currently investigating an issue with the highest priority, whereby users sending attachments to certain recipients through Workshare Professional 5.2 and Protect 6.1, are receiving feedback from those recipients that they cannot view the attachment.
