Deployment Services
Deployment Services are provided via our regional and vertical partners for most of Workshare customers. Platinum SSS customers, however, may elect to receive deployment services via their Technical Account Manager (TAM) or via a Workshare certified partners.
Training Services
Training Services are available in a variety of formats ranging from remote or onsite training delivery to custom curriculum development. Customizable training programs are available from one of the many Workshare certified training partners. Online resources provide tutorials on popular features of Workshare™ products and Quick Reference Guides for comparing/sharing documents and managing revisions and metadata.
Support and Maintenance
Support and Maintenance Plans are available directly from Workshare. Workshare offers tiered support plans – Platinum SSS and Gold SSS – to meet the unique needs of different customers. With 24x7 support, online case management and a truly global service organization, customers can rely on Workshare’s service teams to be there to answer questions and resolve potential issues.
Customization and Integration Services
Customization and Integration Services are not generally necessary to utilize Workshare technology in most environments. However, there are occasional customer requests for help with large, complex environments, unique document workflow, or integrations with legacy document management systems. If a customized environment is right for your organization, a certified Integrator Partner will work with you to scope your project and take advantage of Workshare’s Connect API for extensibility and customization.
