How to determine your product version:

To determine your specific operating system version:
Please right click on 'My Computer' and provide the information from the dialog box immediately following 'System:'. For example, Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2.

To determine the specific email client version/build:
From the main email window choose 'About (Microsoft Office Outlook)' from the Help menu and provide the information displayed. For example, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.6568.6568) SP2.

To determine the version of any installed Workshare Product:

Workshare Protect - Choose 'About Workshare Protect' from the Help menu and provide the information from the lower left hand corner of the resulting dialog box. For example, 4.5.8680.0.

Workshare Deltaview - Select 'About Deltaview' from the Help menu in Deltaview and provide the information in the version column associated with 'Deltavw.exe'. For example, 2.90.0.3241.

Workshare Professional - Select 'About Workshare DeltaView' from the Help menu in DeltaView and provide the information in the version column associated with 'Deltavw.exe'. For example, 4.5.8680.0.

Workshare DeltaView PE - Select 'About DeltaView' from the Help menu in DeltaView PE and provide the Version/Build information displayed in bold text on the resulting dialog box.
