London, (December 14, 2017): Arntzen de Besche, one of the top Norwegian law firms, has announced its implementation of Workshare Transact. Starting with their banking and finance group, they are using the transaction management platform to better organize files during the closing stages of their deals.
Commenting on the new Workshare solution, Atle Gabrielsen, Partner at Arntzen de Besche, said: “We want to be as productive as possible and use our time on high-value activities. We needed software to quickly build online checklists for our deals and organize all relevant files, so we could focus more time on clients. Full testing during the pilot stage proved Workshare Transact was clearly a great solution.”
“We are extremely pleased to welcome Arntzen de Besche as a Workshare Transact client and are delighted with their feedback on how easy they’ve found adoption of Transact.” Commented Fiona McClune, Regional Director of Workshare Transact.
Gabrielsen concluded: “We are not yet turning into robots, instead we want to use technology to create efficiencies that will leave us more time for human interactions with our clients.”
Workshare is already firmly established in the Nordic region with its file comparison product. This new win marks an important step for the growth of Workshare’s transaction management application in EMEA.
