How many Workshare licenses
do I need?
You will need one Workshare license per user. Each of those licenses is then valid for use on three separate devices registered to that user e.g. their desktop, phone and tablet.
What is the minimum term for
There is a 12 month term on usage of each license. Don’t worry though, we always get in touch before your license is due to expire.
Do you offer perpetual licenses?
No, we don’t. But, if you need the license to be valid for longer than the 12 month term, contact our sales team and they will be happy to try and help.
Which license is right for me?

Do you sell licenses for Workshare Compare or other products?
Workshare’s document comparison solution is available in our different editions. You can choose from the Comparison edition, Sharing edition or Integration edition.

I am buying a license for a branch of my firm located in a different country, can I still make the purchase?
Yes, no problem, you can do this by inputting the appropriate delivery address for the other branch of your firm when you are going through the checkout.

How do I renew my license?
You can select auto-renewal when setting up your license, which means it will automatically renew after 12 months. Payment will be taken from the card you used to make the original purchase.

What are the payment options?
Card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
