Anthony Foy - Chief Executive Officer
Anthony joins as CEO of Workshare after holding the parallel position at SkyDox, where he focused on executing the company's vision for delivering secure, cloud-enabled collaboration to the enterprise. Anthony brings more than 20 years of experience to Workshare and has built profitable technology ventures in Europe, North America, Asia, Latin America, and Australia.
Prior to joining SkyDox, Anthony was Group Managing Director at Interxion (NYSE: INXN) and was responsible for the development of the company in terms of strategic growth, business development, and executive hires. He was instrumental in driving the company's operational performance and building its revenue to more than $350 million, culminating in an IPO in early 2011.
Before joining Interxion, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager International with Broadbase Software [now Kana Software (NASDAQ: KANA)], where he built the company's international operations, growing the company from a start-up to an IPO with revenues of more than $100 million. Prior to this, he was Director, International Sales & Business Development with Red Brick Systems [now part of IBM (NYSE:IBM)].
Barrie Hadfield - Chief Technical Officer
Barrie was among the original founders and CTOs of Workshare, where he served as head of the company's research and development division. During his tenure, Workshare gained more than 14,000 enterprise customers in 70 countries. He brings over 20 years of experience conceiving, producing, and selling software.
Prior to Workshare, Barrie founded SQL Development Ltd, growing it organically and employing 20 people who produced SQL data synchronization software for more than 300 enterprise customers in the United Kingdom and North America. He started his entrepreneurial career by founding Information Management Services Ltd in 1990 as a software developer, building data matching systems for The Council of Europe, BZW, and several London law firms.
Nick Thomson - Chief Revenue Officer
Nick joins Workshare with an extensive background in B2B tech, playing pivotal roles in building global cloud-based businesses. Before joining Workshare as Chief Revenue Officer, Nick was training and advising fast growth tech businesses as part of the UK Government's Growth Accelerator program, and prior to that held the parallel position for London startup The 4th Office.
Nick began his career as a co-founder of TRG Advantage, a cloud based Human Capital Management platform. TRG Advantage was acquired by the Ceridian Corporation in 2007. Subsequently he held a a number of roles within the Corporation both here in the UK and in North America helping them transition to their now leading position as a cloud-based HCM software and services provider.
Peter White- CFO
Peter joined as CFO of Workshare in August 2015 having previously held the CFO role at Lumata, a business to business mobile marketing technology and services group owned by the private equity firm Francisco Partners.
Prior to joining Lumata Peter was CFO of České Radiokomunikace a.s., the leading provider of broadcasting, tower infrastructure and telecommunications services in the Czech Republic. Having been acquired in 2006 by a consortium of private equity frims (Mid Europa Partners, Lehman Brothers and Al Bateen) the business was successfully sold to The Macquarie Group in 2011 for €574m.
Earlier in his career he was Deputy Finance Director and Corporate Finance Director of the UK mobile media network operator 3 (part of the Hutchison Whampoa Group of companies) having joined the company as a start up and grown its revenues to over £1.5bn with 4 million customers.
He began his career as Assistant Group Financial Controller of Kvaerner Plc an international engineering and construction company having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC working in the Audit, Corporate Tax and Corporate Finance departments.
Eleanor O'Neill - Chief Information Officer
Prior to joining Workshare, Eleanor held the position of CTO at Gordon Games, a Dublin based start-up, building its first product and delivering it to market, including to a leading global digital communications company. She has extensive experience working in Enterprise SaaS companies globally, delivering complex projects to both large multinationals as well as SMEs. Throughout her career, Eleanor has expertly led the way in bringing various products to market, both in the US and UK.
Eleanor's career began in academia as a Research Fellow in Trinity College Dublin, receiving her PhD as part of the Knowledge and Data Engineering Group and collecting multiple awards for her work. She has worked with leading universities across the world, including Stanford and Queens University. Her strong research and commercialisation experience has led her to be pivotal in the formation and successful management and execution of projects at European and International levels.
